The oven safety valve has to be cranked down for propane.themobilian_815.jpg
Get a good fitting wrench and tighten this spud down and open the air shutter on the burner.
This video shows how to tackle a crank down and flip type LP conversion whilst yours might be a bit more fancy it still must be adjusted like any other stove:

Having just converted my Vulcan Endurance G36L Range from Nat. Gas to LPG Using the following parts recommended by Vulcan : New 1/2 psi pressure regulator, 6 size 51 hood type top burner orifices,1 size...

Oven Control indication (temperature) and actual oven temperature do not match. Is there an adjustment? Vulcan Commercial Gas Range


needs calibrated. put oven thermometer in oven, turn on oven. adjust dial to temp on thermometer by loosening nut behind dial, then replace dial, turn to temp, re-tighten nut

Oven keeps randomly shutting off. wont stay lit


pilot sensing device should have tip in the flame only, calibration of thermostat possible with butto removed, if standing pilot is going out possible thermocouple or pilot generator or gas valve bad! could also be a safety hi limit opening in control circuit if has one?

We have gas operated vulcans that are not baking evenly. And browning is very uneven


They need to have the thermostat calibrated. Go to Vulacans web and locate the calibration proceedure service manual.

My vulcan burners lit but I can't get the OVEN pilot to light . What are the steps to light the oven ?


use matches,the pilot ligth is hard to replace unless in the tecnician can do,and hard to find the parts.

Sounds like your losing the voltage to the coil on the contactor.Are you handy with a multimeter?I can step you through it.
