- fizzing and bubbling over the speakers when no sound is playing like a data sound only stops when a program is starting or being closed sound is present on headphone but at much lower volume only really noticeable when plugged into an amp and through external sound card the noise seems to also come out of the power supply which has been changed and still same fault laptop has been sent back to hp no avail- Guest
