Product Number 99HAU056-00
As described under the internal battery

I am desperate to find a user manual PDF or otherwise.

WooHoo, I found what I was after following an extensive search on the web. I tracked down both the Quick Start Guide and User Manual in PDF format so problem solved.

I have same p/n but the image you gave is not my phone. Are you sure of that part number?
T-mobile put manuals on their site:
