Samsung rb217 water collecting below cripser

In the last month water has started to collect in the lower right crisper drawer and also below the drawer in the bottom of the frig. I don't see a drain hole to clean? I called Samsung and they recommended I blow warm air using a hair dryer into a vent just above the drawer. Did this but the problem returned I also tried lowering the temp setting from 42 to 40 to 38, Still water is collecting? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

The drain in the freezer behind back lower panel
needs opening. You can see it at the bottom of the back panel
underneath the evaporator coils. (The cold coils)
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
When the defrost melts the water it goes down the drain
If the drain is clogged with Ice or ? The defrost water
overflows into the ref. or freezer
Run Hot water in the drain until it clears or use a hairdryer.
Also check fan undernearh Ref in the rear
Clean condenser coils underneath

There is water collecting continuously at the bottom of my fridge under the crispers. Do you know how I can fix?

Most frost free refrigerators take water from the freezer so you do not have to defrost the freezer. That being said there should be a drain under the crisper. Check to see if it is clogged.
you may need to put something under the refrigerator to collect the water..

A 2 to 21/2 year old Samsung bottom mount freezer RB217ABPN purchased from Costco. Water is starting to collect under the crisper drawers in the fridge section. This is the third time in a couple of months...

You have a leaking water tank behind the crisper drawer. You will need to get back there to determine if the tank is leaking or the water connection is leaking. This will only leak if you close the door and dispense water from the dispenser.

Water dripping from freezer area down in refrigerator water collecting under crisper drawer.

Hi,

This is most likely due to the defrost drain being restricted, see the link below and let me know if it helps.

WE have an older fridge. Water is now collecting

Good day,
On some of the older models when the refrigerator went thru it's automatic defrost cycle, the condensate water ran down the back wall, under the crispers and out that drain plug you described.
You can verify if that is your model by looking at the back wall of the machine. If there is no drain tube running down the back, then that is the model you have.
If that is the case, just remove the plug. The water should run directly into the drain pan.
Clean the plug and opening and that's it.

Water pools under the crisper drawers and looks as if it is draining from the upper freezer down the side of the refrig door, looks like the little hole under the crisper is clogged with rust?? It is a old...

Mine clogs with a soft fungus mat but rust actually sounds better. I run a stiff wire like an unwound hanger into the hole and open it up so the water will drain onto the tray made to collect this water underneath the fridge. Last time I left the wire in place with a long handle and I haven't had water to mess with for many months now. My hole is between the two crisper drawers and when I get into either of them the wire gets a jiggle and I guess that's all it takes to keep the hole clear so the water can drain like it's supposed to.

Otherwise the fungus builds and builds until it sluffs off as a wad and plugs up the works on a regular basis. Too funky for sure.

Roper Refrigerator

open the freezer compartment loo for ice build up on floor of frezer especally towards rear behind back panel. sounds like you have a clogged/frozen defrost drain tube. removing back panel of freezer will give you acess to drain trough, melt away the ice with a hair dryer, youll find a drain hole under there somwhere, pouring boiling water down the drain will clear it pretty quickly( i use a steam machine purchased from the infomercials)
