Question about Sony Cyber-Shot DSC-P92 Digital Camera
Sony cyber-shot DSC-P93 When the camera is switched on, a message comes up on the screen: "memory stick error", and a code: C:13:01 I have tried changing the memory stick, with no improvement. This is intermittent, as sometimes it functions normally, but not often.
Hello, there is a contact error. In most cases it can be the connector itself. Please try to clean it with non greasy contact spray. Best regards, Arpi PS: if you need more info please advice.

In DSCT1 Camera, the C:13:01 error message indicates a Self diagnostic message. Each of these codes indicates the symptoms and resolutions of the Camera. In C:13:01, the issue is with the Memory Stick being used in the Camera.
The Symptoms are:
Memory Stick Pro Duo 4GB is not compatible with the DSCF707 Camera. Maximum capacity supported by the Camera is up to 128MB. Please try using a MS with 128 MB and check if it works. A dedicated adapter (MSAC-M2) must be attached to use Memory Stick Duo or MagicGate Memory Stick Duo media.
