Memory stick error

Sony cyber-shot DSC-P93
When the camera is switched on, a message comes up on the screen: "memory stick error", and a code: C:13:01
I have tried changing the memory stick, with no improvement. This is intermittent, as sometimes it functions normally, but not often.

Hello,

there is a contact error. In most cases it can be the connector itself. Please try to clean it with non greasy contact spray.
