Error 5200 is a printhead temperature error, sounds like you need a new printhead. The part number is printed on the side of the printhead. it's a QY6 number

This is a print head problem. The MP830 seems to get them quite often - possibly made worse by using generic inks. Try removing the print head (instructions are in the quick setup guide) and cleaning with alcohol. Isopropyl alcohol may be better than ethyl alcohol if you can find it. You may have to leave the head soaking overnight. Make sure it is completely dry before reassembling. Good luck!

Lift the door as if to replace your ink cartridges and the SN is on the ribbon cable that is held to the printer on the right.

Error 5200 indicates that the print head temperature has exceeded the specified value. Turn off the printer and then turn on if error still persist replace Ink cartridge or print head.
