Question about Fujitsu HALCYON ASU12RLS Wall Mounted Single Zone Heat Pump Mini Split 25 SEE
The timer light is flashing twice every 10 seconds. when i press the start button on the wireless remote, the operation light blinks fast 5 times...then the timer light starts its cycle of two flashes every 10 seconds. I found an online service manual that says this flash combination means "Current trip error". however, there's no troubleshooting information. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks for your help.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

This may mean that the filters may need to be cleaned. According to service manual the unit has a "Serial reverse transfer
error at start up operation". Call fujitsu for service if the fault cannot be rectified.

Testimonial: "Thanks for the advice. It turned out that we had a blackout after the AC had started playing up. The blackout seems to have sorted out the problem.Thx"
To cancel the timer, press timer on setting until it comes 00.00. Or remove batteries from remote and re fix after few minutes. If still problem persists, check and rectify error code of e-5 as follows:
Comms Error, check your wiring, remove external pumps. Split/Multi - check volts from terminal N to 3 = 0 - 65 Vdc, Multi V - 4 Vdc terminals 3 and 4
