My unit heats up, has plenty of water, but will not spray, pressure is at 4

Sounds like a blocked nozzle. I would soak it in line Away or used a safety pin to clear it

Won't heat the water

Continuity check from the input to the output. If open, then check from the heater element to the out put and then the other side, then the switches and other safety switches. When you find an open component that shouldn't be you have found your problem. You need and ohmmeter or continutiy checker. If don't know what I am talking about get it looked at by someone who does. If you do, then I should have to tell you any of this.

I have a euro model s3325 and when i turn on the power switch it says its steam ready but will not heat up

I think it may be from the same issue stated above--the thermal fuse blew. I have the exact same problem. This is what someone posted earlier:

There's a thermal fuse inside. If it gets too hot, the fuse will blow and the thing won't turn on.
It has a 216 C temp limit. You can find thermal fuses at radio shack for less than 5$. If you're adventurous enough, you can find the fuse in line of a white wire under a fiberglass outer and heat shrink inner shielding screwed against the bottom of the tank.

Now to figure out how to get to it!!!
