Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: After 20 yrs. of use, it seems to need more ink. I

If you remove the clear plastic cover from over the printer you will see the print head. With the power off if you gently push the print head it will move left/right. Notice that the top of the print head moves. There should be a small tab on the left side of the top - mine has 'pull up' embossed on it. The print roller is fixed on its underside.
So yes it can be replaced, if you can find a new one

You need a new ink cartridge. You should be able to get one at most office supply stores.

I think a need a new ink roller. Where do I get one. Thanks

Hello,
One possible solution is here:
http://actioncomputer.stores.yahoo.net/teintitititi.html
where they cost $27 for a box of 6($34.60 shipped to my address). I have no affiliation with this seller.
They are available on eBay for about $7.90 (single) shipped.
