Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

SOURCE: Trutech Digital Picture Frame

I am having the same problem. It works with the USB stick though. I thought maybe it was because I had all the pictures in a folder on the memory card (because memory cards won't hold more than 384 pictures in the main directory). But that wasn't the problem either. I'll keep trying things.

SOURCE: have a digital decor 8'' picture frame

I have contacted the company who makes this frame and the first time they sent me a new frame. It has since happened again twice. I don't know why I ever bought a second one. luby3298 is correct....if you turn the on off switch back and forth for what seems like forever it will sometimes come back on. I really wish that there was a way to group together to get this company to refund the money spent or to continue to replace the product. If you type in the model number in google with the word problem or issue you will see that we are not the only ones facing this problem. It only seems to happen when someone shuts this frame off or when the power goes out. I won't recomend this product or anything related to digital decor to anyone in the future.

How can i erase the current pictures on my frames memory card to replace with other pictures?

Remove any SD card, turn on the frame, then press the "Exit" button 1 time on your remote. You will see the side menu flash, this indicates that you can now navigate up or down in that menu(Press enter on remote to activate the highlighted sub-menu) Press "Exit" again this puts you in the Media Memory menu, navigate to "Internal Memory" Press "Exit" one more time, this will allow you to navigate through photo's stored in the internal memory. Now if you press "Setup" on your remote it will bring up the copy/delete menu! navigate this menu with the up/down arrows on your remote to which ever option you prefer, press "Enter" to execute the highlighted command.

Don't forget to let me know if this helps anyone!

Won't let me take pics, says FRAME NO. FULL

Your Counter has reached 999.999
Here's what you do.
Make sure you have no pictures on your card to start with.
Place the card in the camera and turn it on.
Press "Menu" and go to the "Set" menu and select "Format". This will wipe your card completely clean. When this is done select "Frame No" in the set up menu and set it to "Renew".
Now come out of the menu options and take a picture.
When you review your picture the counter should read 100.001
Now go back to the set up menu and reselect "Frame no." and set to continuous ("Cont.")
Happy snapping

Cant copy any pictures from computer

You can start copying pictures to SV811 digital picture frame if you get the message “Use PC interface to copy files.” Here are the steps:
Copy pictures, videos, and music between your frame and computer, using your computer's normal file copying tools:

1. Connect the USB cable from the frame to your computer
2. On your computer, open My Computer or Windows Explorer.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

3. Navigate to the pictures you want to copy. Then drag and drop them to the new location.
4. Unplug the USB cable to view your copied pictures.

Copying pictures from EasyShare software:

1. Install EasyShare software (free download at www.kodak.com/go/sw )
2. Connect the USB cable.
3. On your computer, open EasyShare software. Select the pictures in My Collection and drag them into the Picture tray.
4. In the menu bar, select File and then Copy to the Kodak Drive letter.

The picture frame appears as removable drives—one drive for each connected picture source in the frame, in this order: internal memory, memory cards, and USB devices.

5. Select the frame source to which you are copying.
6. Select Best for Digital Picture Frame to reduce the resolution of the pictures you are copying. Full resolution is unnecessary and quickly fills up the frame's memory.
7. Click Copy. Pictures are copied to your frame.
8. Unplug the USB cable and press “Home” icon to navigate to your copied pictures.

"Frame NO. Full"

Try going in to the "setup" menu and change the frame numbering from "continuous" to "renew", if it is not already done. Sounds like you are on the continuous setting which keeps adding numbers, even though you've erased many. Going to renew starts the numbering over so it keeps reusing previous numbers.
