Question about Canon ImageClass D880 Copier
I have a Canon Imageclass D880 copier with a jam I cant get at. It has a whole sheet of paper in it with nothing on either end sticking out to get at. I can not figure what I could take apart to get at it the usual steps dont work.
The paper must be jammed in the fixing assembly.
you are gonna have to remove some screws to remove the plastic covers. once you took them off proceed to unscrew what ever needed in order to free the fixing assembly, which is the one located in the upper back part of your copier. once you released the fixing assembly release the springs and remove the metal stoppers. now you should be able to remove the paper jam. good luck!
