Question about Sumvision Sempra PRO Digital Media Player

Can't see Sumvision Cyclone HDD on PC

Hi, Brought a Cyclone media player, worked fine until i changed the TV setting in setup. Sorted it by getting someone to connect it to a HD TV.
Now i have a problem i just cant seem to resolve...

I have formatted a drive to FAT32 by plugging it into a pc via SATA cable and the PC confirms its an 80Gb FAT32 drive, but when i put it back into the player and connect it to my Laptop using the USB cable it doesnt show up. Have checked the drive letter in case that was the problem; also tried another USB cable.
If i plug the player into my TV then try to copy music or a film to the HDD through another external USB HDD it fails to copy.
If i go into the setup menu and select Format HDD nothing happens.
Also, i have read several posts about firmware updates but there is no Update Firmware option within the setup menu!

Any help with this would be fantastic!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!
