Switronix Tl-50 won't turn on

I too have had a problem with mine no longer charging. I talked to the manufacture. Since the cord light is on however my torchlights charging light is not on they said could be the batt or could be a bad wire in the charger. I've been debating whether to send it in for fix or buy a new batt to try first. For yours I would send in for repair. Unfortunately these lights only come with a 1 yr manufacturing warranty so if you've had it over a yr you will end up paying 60-130 was the price range I was quoted depending on the problem.

Acer Aspire 5552 won't power up, charge light flashes on and off

Remove the battery and plug in the Cord/charger, will it boot? If no, try another Cord/Charger with the EXACT same power specs. Replace battery if necessary.

2004 ford expedition charging system failed?

Sounds like battery not holding charge. Or a light staying on, boot or glovebox? Most likely battery tho.

My laptop shows no lights and will not boot up acts like there no charger connected

If thelaptop battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out.Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles andwill lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% andgradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR Thebattery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the batterydrops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to anunacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced.
Whenyou connect the power adapter into the laptop, does the power LED lightup?
If not then - The battery adapter or the adapter's power lead or the laptop's powersocket could be faulty. Check power adapter's DCplug that connects into the laptop power socket with a multi-meter, the voltageshould be slightly higher than the voltage that is printed on the label on thebottom of the adapter. If the voltage is zero or way below the voltage that isprinted on the label then the power adapter is faulty and needs to be replaced. If the adapter is OK thenconnect it to the laptop and power it up, then look at the power/batterycharging LED light and wriggle the power plug in the laptop's powersocket. If the power/battery LED light flashes and in a certain position thisLED light stays firm, then the power socket is either faulty or it has a drysolder joint where it is connected to the motherboard. This can be repaired but itrequires the laptop to be completely dismantled to get at this power socket andrepair. If you cannot DIY then I suggest you get a quote first.

You need to replace your old battery. Don't over charged your battery. If you are using your laptop in your house it is better not to use it with battery. Just use the power adaptor/supply only. Then make sure you will drain the battery let say once a week. =)

The phone won't take a charge. The red light comes on indicating that it is charging but it doesn't. What's the deal?

Try this.. as it works for me on my GzOne Rock..

Connect to the charger just long enough for the screen to power on, then immediately disconnect the charger before it goes into charging mode. . -- It should power up and be ready for use.in a couple seconds.

I have found that only when the battery gets completely drained, that the Gzone Rock often will not power back up on it's own, even though the battery has been successfully recharged.
By connecting the to the charger it will initiate the boot-up of the phone - but you must remove it before it displays the charging screen again, otherwise it still won't come on and boot.

I don't know why, but this method works for my GzOne Rock every time.
