I can use my bluetooth for phone calls but it doesn't stream internet sounds anymore

Hi Claybubby

A bit hard to diagnose from here... a lot of variables.

Is your iOS Up to date 8.1.3
Settings / General / About...

Next... quit all your Apps in Memory on your iPhone 4.
Then shut down...
D/Clik round button drag all small windows up to quit
Hold Round & Top Button down together for about 10 seconds
it will shut down
Press top 5 sec to restart.
Check bluetooth problem.

If still there ask someone in the genius bar at Apple store.
they have diagnostic utilities to assist..
Good Luck

Hi Bogdy_3003,

I see that you are having issue with your BT Nokia headset.

You mentioned that you are having issues connecting it to our PC.

You need to make sure that the Bluetooth settings on the computer is set to allow other devices to detect the computer to be able to get your Bluetooth Nokia headset working with your computer.

Look for the Bluetooth icon on the lower right side of the taskbar somewhere near the time then right click on it then select open bluetooth settings, it should open up a window for the Bluetooth on your computer then look for "Allo other devices to detect this computer" and put a check on it, click on Apply or OK, this should make your computer be detected by other BT devices such as your Nokia headset.

I hope this will help.

Have a nice day,

My iphone is asking for a pin to ''pair'' it to my Jabra BT800 headset. I have no idea what the pin is!

In regards to bluetooth devices they have a pin kind of like what you would have with a wireless router. Inputting the pin is a security feature to keep just any device from connecting. So when you put in the pin it tells your phone it is ok for this device to talk to your phone.

So if you are not sure what the pin is you will need to look in the owners manual of your Jabra. If you have trouble finding it you might call Jabra support and they can tell you what it is. Also alot of time they can look it up for you at your local cell phone shop.

Hope this helps

How do I connect my Jabra Bluetooth to my LG phone? I have lost my manual and cannot get the Bluetooth to connect to my phone,

On back side of earpiece there is a pin hole. Using a paperclip, push on the switch in that pin hole. The display on your earpiece will say ready to pair. The device you are planning to pair with will ask for password. 0000. Accept/done. Go into bluetooth section of device and set up for yes instead of ask so it will auto connect everytime.

Can't Pair With Phone

I had the same thing happen twice just recently and had to call my network and have them walk through some steps over the phone with me. They had to have me enter some numbers they gave me while talking to them and it came on. Be sure to call from a different phone than the one you are having the problem with. I also had it happen again a few weeks ago and I just removed the battery from my cell after disconnecting the bluetooth and then when I put it back together and reconnected the bluetooth it worked fine. I have had it for over a year and never had any trouble with it until this.
