What makes you think its usb overload ?

Check your computer's power cable and the power cables to any devices connected to the computer. Make sure all cables are firmly plugged into electrical outlets and into the computer and other devices. If you have an extra power cable for your computer, swap it in to see if your computer's power cable is the problem. Remove your computer's battery, if it is a laptop, and connect the computer to a electrical outlet to see if it will start up. Sometimes a discharged battery will prevent a laptop from powering up. If your laptop still won't power up, remove the power cable, replace the battery and try to run the computer off battery power. Unplug your computer and plug a lamp or radio into the same electrical outlet and see if that device works.
If the lamp or radio doesn't work, the outlet is the problem. Unplug your computer and open your computer's case, if it is a desktop system. Look for loose cables, cards and connections and attach them firmly. Blow out any dust with a can of compressed air. Also, check your computer's memory chips to make sure they are all plugged in and seated properly. Close the case once you are done and plug in the computer. Disconnect any USB devices connected to your computer and try to power up the system. Sometimes a USB device not connected properly will stop a computer system from powering on. Disconnect any new devices recently added to your system. Sometimes new devices will conflict with other hardware within your computer and cause an overload on your computer's power supply. Disconnect any other devices connected to your computer such as the keyboard, mouse, monitor, printer or scanner and plug your computer into a electrical outlet by itself. Check to see if the computer works. If does work, shut it down and connect just one device, such as the monitor. Turn on the computer and monitor and see if everything works. Continue connecting devices until you find the one that is stopping your entire system from powering up. Hope it helps.

Mk1 wont boot (HD or CD)

1) to be sure not to worsen things, make an exact copy of your faulty drive from your other machine (for example with Paragon Hard Disk Manager or any other tool freely available for testing).
2) try booting the other machine from the faulty drive (or its copy) in safe mode ; if it's booting, this means the MB is there ; does windows start ? if it does the problem comes from a bad contact of the enclosure of the DD (connector or cable).
3) if it's not booting find a tool to rebuild the MB, from the other machine.

Spins but makes a beeping sound and wont register.

Well, It sounds like there is something lodged in your Hardware drive...The beeping is probably a warning signal to tell you that it is not properly booting up...You should go to a Computer Repairman...

My aspireone notebook wont start up

do you have a flash drive connected to your notebook when you start it up. With notebooks this will stop it from continuing to the windows screen as it's trying to boot to the flash drive. Take any usb ports out and this should help. Good luck.

Try rebooting, tap F8 to get into the multi-boot options. Scroll down and choose "Last Known Good Configuration" windows should boot up normally. If you have made any hardware changes or if windows perfromed a corrupt update, that will require some additional help.

Labtop wont start up

check if u installed any new device recently. unplug all external cards like PCMCIA, USB drives, Memory cards and any USB device and try it again. if it continues, go to your bios settings and check your boot settings, make sure it boots from hard drive and not CD/DVD drive. if you have done any setting to the bios, revert it and try to start again. if it continues, check your keypads and buttons and make sure you don't have a sticky key or button that is pressed down. Cheers!

Seems like a motherboard or memory issue. Try removing the memory and re-seating it. If that doesn't work then try replacing the memory as it is the easiest and cheapest.
