Question about Sony PlayStation 2 Slimline Console
I just adujusted something at the back of the ps2 laser after that the discs are not spining ps2 version is scph 70004(CB) should i change the lens will it work or not please tell me
If you adjusted something, then chances are that the laser is shot.
And yes the disk wont spin if the laser is shot.
You have to replace the laser, but don't forget to remove the soldering bridge for antistatic. It is a small soldering ball that short a part of the electronic, made to protect the laser circuit.
If you dont remove it, then you end up with the navigator screen and the disk dont spin.

"i just adujusted something at the back of the ps2 laser..."
You opened your case and voided your warranty. By "adjusting something", you most likely broke the motor as whitesox said.
