Hello the fan for the ac turns on as soon as you turn the ac
switch and the engine fan turns on with temp switch yes there are
fuses ck both also on the thermostat housing there is a switxh
with one wire that's for the fan take the wire-and hold it to the
block ground make the fan turn on if the fan does not come on
the relay is bad also if you run hot lead to the motor it schould turn on if that does not turn motor on motor is bad good

Turn off ur car before u work on replacing any fuses. Find the main fuse box by looking under the hood in the engine compartment.-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Check your owner's manual if you have one. It will tell you the locations of your fuse boxes.
On my '03 corolla, there is a small enclosed one to the left of my steering wheel, under the dash. Maybe yours is in the same location. hope this helps...

Usually this will be a 15 amp fuse, and usually blue. This should narrow it down. Pull one out, see if its blown. If you can't tell, put a new one in, and move the old one down to the next blue one. Eventually, you will figure it out. Then I would get an owners manual in english, or buy a dash cover at junkyard, so you will have it for future information. A dealer should be able to print, and give to you a fusebox diagram, then you can glue it to the inside of the fuse box cover. There are also some master fuses under the hood, 30 amp and above.

You take out the battery, and the air-filter housing to give extra working space.
Then push in the starter motor to its place, and hand-tighten all its bolts.
Wrench tighten the starter bolts to the engine 38.ft-lb
Connect the solenoid wire, and tighten to 10.ft-lb
Connect the battery positive cable, and tighten to13.ft-lb.
Replace the air-filter housing.
Replace the battery, and terminals.
Crank-up the car.
