Hi,
Check your owner's manual if you have one. It will tell you the locations of your fuse boxes.
On my '03 corolla, there is a small enclosed one to the left of my steering wheel, under the dash. Maybe yours is in the same location. hope this helps...
Good luck!

SOURCE: Toyota lucida fuse box is in Japanese

Usually this will be a 15 amp fuse, and usually blue. This should narrow it down. Pull one out, see if its blown. If you can't tell, put a new one in, and move the old one down to the next blue one. Eventually, you will figure it out. Then I would get an owners manual in english, or buy a dash cover at junkyard, so you will have it for future information. A dealer should be able to print, and give to you a fusebox diagram, then you can glue it to the inside of the fuse box cover. There are also some master fuses under the hood, 30 amp and above.

My girlfriend has a 1999 Toyota Solara, her headlights aren't working as well as some interior lights. I believe she has blown a fuse. She does not have the manual for the vehicle, so how can I get a...

The interior of the fuse box has the same diagrams as would have been on the vehicles manual or user guide. Once opening the fuse box, lookk in the cover for the diagram. Second, a blown fuse is observable within the circuitry. Third, the vehicle should indicate within the dashboard what condition is occuring. For example, the vehicle should display indication warning on requesting lighting inspection or alternate.

Both radiator fans on my 2002 Toyota Solara V6 run constantly

Check to see if the radiator fan relay has gone bad and needs to be replaced. Once you located the relay, (in the fuse box under the hood) Try swapping it out with another relay and see if the fans stop, if the fans stop working with the swapped relay, replace the relay. It's know for the relays when they go bad to stick and will have a close loop. Good luck and hope this helps. Keep me posted, be glad to help you get your car running 100% again soon.
