Try turning it off waiting 20 seconds and turning it back on. Sometimes that helps. If it doesn't, try looking in the users manual to troubleshoot the problem. Good luck.

How do i delete top hits in my iphone?

You have to go into your music library if you want to delete the song altogether. If you want to delete it just out of top hits, then find out how the 'Top Hits' is filtering to gather songs into that group. Change the metadata (i.e. genre, rating, etc) to where it will no longer be included in that group. Find the common denominator of all the songs in that group and the song you want to remove, make sure you change that song's data to where it will no longer be included.

How do i remove music from my device

What device is it exactly. Ipods are different than other devices.
There is probably an option to delete music that you are listening to in the menu system of your device. But the easiest way to remove a lot of songs at once is to plug the device into your computer with the appropriate cord. Your computer will detect the connection (just like when you want to add songs) and it may present a screen of choices. Choose the folder icon, which will let you explore the device. Find the songs you want to delete, click them and hit delete.
That's a pretty generalized give specifics, I'd need to know your operating system (windows 7, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Mac, etc) and the make and model of your mp3 player.

I dont know how to put music in this mp3 player!!!

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer
Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer"
When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there.
Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on
"Open" and now your files/songs should be visible.
Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that
you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want,
release, right click and then click on "Delete"
Now your mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want.
Be careful and do not delete files needed to operate your MP3 player.
Good Luck,
I hope this helps
Please rate me,
Thank You

Is there a way to use your computer to delete music

Yes there is no way to speed the thing up i think, but if you have WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER then you can plug your zen in, let it load and when you enter WINDOWS MEDIA PLAYER click on the sync button and then you will see the tabs on the left side of the screen. EX.( playlists ) click you name or whatever you listed the device under and pull down the tab. you will see a songs option click it and the songs that are on your zen will come up. click on whatever song you want and hit delete on you keyboard.

I can't delete music from my Sansa e260

You can remove content on the Sansa itself by highlighting the song you want to delete, then down click and select "Delete" while the song is highlighted.

Also, there is a setting within the software on the PC that you can change to prevent the Sansa from automaticaly syncing if you don't want it to do that.
