Have replaced the pressure switch with a new air hose line and a new control board. It stops 3 inches from the tub ring. Is there a calibration for this model.

There must be a level switch that turns off the intake solenoid that stops the flow of water.

The assigned technician could not find a problem, so I get to run troubleshooting in the morning on the unit. I will post what I find. Thanks for the insight.

    Good Luck!

I ended up finding that this model has a weight sensor on the bottom of the tub that senses the rise and fall of the tub with the weight of clothes and water. The pressure switch is solely a safety device to prevent flooding. At the factory they had placed a cable tie right at the module and stressed the wires. After pulling the component and examining the wiring harness, I found that 2 of the 6 wires had no continuity. Order and replaced the sensor and lower wiring harness. Good to go now!

Kenmore Elite Oasis topload washer overfills. I have replace the pressure switch hose but it did not solve the problem.

If you have gotten that far, you've done good.! I'd say to look at the painted screw on the pressure switch.. Needs to be turned. In clockwise direction to make sure diapham closes.. Or it's possible the circuit board is gone out..

We just put a drain pump on a samsung top loader and since then it drains and spins but the clothes are stuck to the sides but are still wet.

When a washer is doing it's final spin, there is a short period when water is sprayed into the tub.
It sounds like your washer is spraying water into the tub, during its final spin, for a much longer time than usual

My maytag topload washer overfilled,

It isn't a sensor problem, it sounds more like your water level tube has pulled loose. This is attached to the outer drum itself. You can see it when you remove your front cover to the right of the outer tub. This tube uses the pressure generated from your tub water level to push air up to your water level selector, which has a rubber membrane that flexes and closes 2 contacts as the water level makes the rubber expand. If that tube is off, the water will just keep running.
