You can try to condition the battery in the bios. This is done usually when the computer first boots by going into the bios menu by pressing DEL key or F2. Check your specific laptop model and search how to enter the bios menu. There's various keys for different models. Then you can check the condition of your battery there. There's also a program called Battery Care

My packard acer wont turn , power light comes on when pluged it , but wont power up

Packard Bell, Acer? Which manufacturer? Remove the power, remove the battery, remove hdd and RAM. Plug in the power supply and press On. It will complain that is has not any RAM etc. If it does, insert one RAM chip and try again gradually if not you have a motherboard issue.

Try to disconnect the battery,
Then with NO battery and no electricity pluged in you hold down the start button 30+ seconds.
Plug in the Electric, NOT the battery.
Start the laptop.
If it works , put in the battery and start.
If the problems are back, change the battery.

My hp pavillon zv50000 wont charge wont start with our without battery wont start with battery out with power supply pluged in help im going crazy

Have the power supply adapter checked, if okay, The problem is more than likely a motherboard issue, first sub out the ram memory one at a time and test, if still no change the motherboard will need to be assessed for possible replacement.

Acer aspire wont turn on

Remove main battery, power up! no change, remove one stick of ram and power on, if same problem! remove second stick of ram and replace the first one back in, any change? if no! I recommend a professional at this time to assess possible motherboard issues.

May be the battery is dead (i.e. uncharged). Connect to an electric network and try once.
