You will need a Grohe Fitting Key to insert into the fixing tube (which is the area after you have removed the Handspray and the Fit spout) and turn counter clock wise. If you don't have Fitting Key, call Grohe at 630-582-7711

Yes,it sounds like you have to replace the hose.Follow the braided hose under your sink until you come across a yellow and black fitting . it is comparable to an air hose fitting quick disconnection. once that is pulled from the sink port, unscrew the spray head and pull the ose through the faucet body from above the sink

If you h ave the spray head that comes out, just remove the pressue regulator. The little white plastic thing inside the end of the spray head. Pry it out with a tiny screwdriver...may come out in pieces, but it solved my low pressure problem

On this particular faucet you may not be able to reach the part that might be giving you issues in the spray head. However, to take the head apart, on the spray face you will turn it counter clockwise, the aerator will come out at that point and you should be able to see down into the tube to see if there are any obstructions. Also if you are using the little Grohe water filter that goes into the handle before attaching the hose, it is possible that that is clogged especially after 3 years. You should be able to remove that altogether, or contact Grohe for a replacement. If once you have removed all of these and have found no removable obstructions, then the only other thing to do is contact Grohe for a replacement spray head which I believe they are still available. Hope that helps.
