Question about Sentry Fireproof Safe
When keying in our password to open safe, it will not open the safe and we get a "ecode" error. What do we do now?
Once you get the error light that means you are entering a user code that was deleted when the batteries went dead . Simply replace the batteries then use the master code in your owners manual to open the safe. Reprogram new user code instructions bottom of this page.
