There are loops on the bottom of the material. I have tried new needle and thread, and the tension. I still get the loops on bottom.

My maytag washer is shaking violently on the rinse cycle

I am currently having the same issue with my Maytag A482. Not sure if you have found a fix yet, or if you have replaced your washer. My washer runs fine until it nears the end of the cycle, when it begins to spin and shake violently, enough to loosen the leveling feet and rock back and forth. I pulled the front panel of the machine off (two screws near the base in the front, and two clips at the top) and ran a load through it. It ran fine until the end, when the machine started shaking violently. I did notice a few small pieces of roundish felt looking material sitting on the bottom, which after some research looks like it may be the damper pad. I found these online:
Damper pad 203956
Replacement Damper 203725 for MAYTAG Laundry Appliances A482

I am hoping this will resolve the issue, I will order them this afternoon and install them once they arrive. I really hate to replace such a good washer with a new high efficiency unit, which all seem to have terrible reviews after a few months/year of use.

Bobbin rattles while sewing

This sounds like a sewing machine problem not a washing machine. What machine do you have? Has the machine been serviced in the past year?

FOUR BOLTS AND RUBBER WASHER ON BACK OF WASHING MACHINE DO THEY NEED TO BE REMOVED BEFORE OPERATION

Hi Jamie, thank you for your inquiry! It seems like you are referring to the shipping material. This consists of 4 shipping bolts, 4 spacers, 1 metal "P" clamp, and 2 hose clips. Yes, according to the installation manual for the model number posted above, GLTF2940ES, this material must be removed. I have attached the Installation Instructions on how to do so. I hope this information helps to some degree. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reconnect.

Hi, ive just purchased a newish used singer 6038 sewing machine, every time i try to sew the thread keeps coming out of the needle and it is not sewing at all, ive checked the tension, checked i have...

Hi Yes if the bobbing case is not put back correctly it can cause all sorts of problems. Do you have the instruction book for the machine? If so just have a look through and it should show you in detail how to take the bobbin and case out to clean it, then with these instructions you should be able to fit it correctly. Otherwise if you have a look at the metal case that the bobbin case fits into (its called a hook race) and there should be markers like an arrow or lines, when the bobbin case is fitted back in these markers are lined up and there also should be a notch at the front of the case and this sits to the left of the stopper. Just make sure there are no threads caught up in the hook race, that can stop your machine from working too. The only thing that I can think could be causing your thread to come out is the tension but if you've checked that just try and fix the bobbin, this may be all thats wrong. Good luck, hope this helps.

I have the same problem and the part that the bobbin sits in is called a STITCH LENGTH CONTROL CRANK Part number 312801 That's all I could find out. Unfortunately for me - that little lip on that part broke off. I didn't realize it had come loose and when I changed out the bobbin - crunch! Do you know where to get parts online???
