I have a Vienna my question is temerature of hot watheroutlet and coffeeoutlet temperature i have about 70 degreds celsius is it okej?

The temperature varies according to the use if you just pure out hot water for fist time should be around 90 degrees however after one or two mugs can go up to 75 to 80. The same is for coffee. In any case the 70 degrees is low. Please note that I mention the temp. at exit point not in the cup since some seconds after the exctraction is normal to go at 70.

Machine will not steam

It sounds like the booster boiler is not functioning properly, either the thermostat tripped or the element is damaged.

I've owned this saeco vienne de lux for about 3

Hi
When was the last time you descaled the machine? Scale will build up inside the boiler and insulate the water from the heating elements. The thermostat is on the outside by the heating elements so it gets hot but your water is warm. There are other things but check this first.

Change the grind in Saeco Vienna Deluxe coffee maker

Hello kgspco.
You will need to work the 'dial knob' untill it free's it-self.

The higher the number the Coarse(r) the grind.
If you want rich - dark - strong coffee, set number between 4 - 8.
(if you can free it up - keep trying

Saeco Vienna Deluxe not hot enough

Hi
They should have checked the temperature before shipping it out. There is a sensor on the back of the boiler that has (depending on how old the machine is) 2 orange wires. In the wire or on the wire is a resistor. You can remove the resistor and raise the temperature about 6 to 12 degrees, but I think you need a new sensor.
