It will contain some form of lubricant whether it is oil or grease. It will depend on the transmission manufacturer to know which one. If it is oil it may be a special type

Turbo 400 transmission is making a loud metal to metal noise when shifting from drive to reverse or park to reverse.

could be internal piston housing failure for the bands
pull the pan and see what metal is in the pan
there is an aluminium housing that breaks away from the transmission body proper and is replaceable

I have a 02' chevy cavilar. This morning ,i left the house and didnt get about a mile down the road and the oil light flickered on and off a few times . So i checked the oil and it was full.

if it didn`t make any ticking noise and you say oil level is full then probably the oil pressure switch is the problem and needs replacing. however it wouldn`t hurt to have the oil pressure checked.

Look at the CV joints on the axels. See if the rubber boots are torn letting road dirt in to mix with the grease. If it'd too bad the joint will wear prematurely. If there are a lot of miles on the car then the joints may be just worn out.

Drain the oil and refill with 18 ounces of fresh oil mixed with 6 ounces of Lucas gear lube and see if that helps. If a transmission is whining, not a lot you can do except rebuild it. Are you sure it's the transmission and not the final drive belt. If the final drive belt is loose, it will rise up and rub on the bottom of the inner primary when you let off on the gas and make a whining noise.

I have a GMC 2003 Envoy, each time i drive it sounds like im speeding but im going really slow , i need to change the oil could this affect that and what do i do about the sound

Difficult to know what sounds like speeding: engine, road noise, what ?

If the oil change were to help, you have bad, bad engine problems. I suspect you may have a wheel bearing that may have failed. This makes a lot of road noise, alters with vehicle speed and NOT engine speed (drop to idle, noise the same).
There is a possibility of transmission slipping. this lets your engine speed up, but not actually move the car.

There is a third common issue and that is FAN. When your fan clutch fails, is locks up a normally free spinning (somewhat) fan, as if the vehicle needed max cooling... This noise follows engine speed, the vehicle seems to go just fine, but huge noise.... This sometimes is called Jeep fan noise, as many of those used to have direct drive fans.... If this is your case, the fan clutch gets replaced, not huge $, but more than it should be.

What mileage or duration should I change the transmission oil of my 1999 Honda accord (HONDA ACCORD 1999)

My Accord V6 '99 has over 215,000. You can use synthetic transmission oil if its zr1 compatible. I change mine every 60,000 or so. Its 3 qts for the v6. The nissan maximas are the ones that have transmissions that generally dont last past 120,000 miles. Why do you still see many 98 and 99 accords still on the road Carlos?
If yours went at 70,000 than you need to buy a haynes manual and keep up with the maintenance on your car. By the way. Honda Accords are notorious for running fine after 200,000 miles. The parts are easy access and if you use a cheap obd2 scanner you can zero in on any problem with the car.

Ticking noise, grinding noise when turning, front wheel looks off

For the occasionally turning sound:
Sounds to me like you may want to check your CV boots for cracks. If water and other debris has got up into the boot then it could have damaged your cv joint which is a swivel joint to allow turning on front wheel cars. The boot is right at the point where your axle meets the wheel assembly.

The second problem with the transmission: with that kind of miles on the car, you may want to change the transmission fluid and filter and then add a container of TransX, used for older transmissions. Then see what happens. The TransX additive helps with seals and such... or you could just add the TransX to your transmission while its warm , drive it about 100 miles and hopefully see the effects.
