Go to nokia's website, download the update manager for you firmware, then go to google and search for nemisis, it is a program which you can use to flash any nokia phone, download the program and read the instructions clearly, then make sure the phone is charged, plug it in via usb cable, then turn it on while you run nemisis, then do a complete flash, and then reinstall the firmware
The was an audio lipsync error with some of the sets released back in 2008 but LG released a firmware update to fix the issue.
It was caused by a slow algorithm that was unable to decode video as the same rate as audio that lead to the audio being out of sync but all of the older models can be fixed via a firmware update that can be done by a USB memory stick. All the newer models were released with a faster algorithm and do not have this issue.
