Question about Goodman GMS90703BXA Heater
Elliselect,Thanks for the information about wind chill effect! Look on the circuit board for a set of dip switches(Usually a small red block containing white switches about 3/8 of an inch long) or a jumper. (The jumper looks like the one you commonly find on the back of a hard drive). Either one is usually clearly marked on the board in numbers representing seconds of time. You can set the blower OFF delay for any one of these options. For more complete instructions please read your user manual. If you do not have a manual you might be able to find one on the goodman.mfg.com website. Best of luck!

Could be that the fan on you new furnace is more powerful than your old one and is forcefully blowing the cold duct air out causing a temporary chill or it could be that you need to adjust the fan delay.
I'm not familar with this unit so I wouldn't have aclue on how to do this or even if you can.
