The width of a rectangle is 15 centimeters. and the length is seven more than twice the width. What is the perimeter

width is one of two short sides, so you need 15 times 2 for the equation. then you need the long side length which is 2 times the width plus 7. the long side is 37, now you need to add those. 30 plus 74 to get the perimeter/

The perimeter of a rectangle is 600 yards. what are the dimensions of the rectangle if the length is 20 yards more then the width

160 by 140

The perimeter is 600, so 2w+2l=600 where w is the width and l is the length.
Divide both sides by 2: w+l=300
The length is 20 more than the width: l=w+20
Substituting in the previous equation: w+(w+20)=300
Collecting terms: 2w+20=300
Subtract 20 from both sides: 2w=280
Divide by 2: w=140
Thus the width is 140. Substituting into the equation for length: l=140+20
Simplifying: l=160
The width is 140 and the length is 160

Screen horizondally pulled right side and screen rolled to left side

hi,
your monitors horizontal deflection side have some problem. you have to check the horizontal width cotrolling transistor mounded on the aluminum heatsik near the lot( line output transistor). also check the three mosfets which adjust the width for different resolutions. there are three such mosfets in the horizontal section.

fist of all replace the width controlling transistor in the heat sink. photo of mosfet and transistor is added for reference. not the exact number.

Horizontal alignment ok, but right half not printing.

One of two situations exists:
1. If the printing stops with clear stopping edge, then the PRINT WIDTH setting has been changed from the default full width setting of 104mm.
Check this by pressing MENU and then the NEXT button until you see a setting for MAX WIDTH. It should be set to full width of 104mm. Anything less will stop printing beyond whatever the setting is. Change it back to the full width setting.

2. If the printing stops by fading away to the right side, then that is caused by a pressure imbalance across the printhead. There is more pressure on the left side than the right side. There are two toggles that press down on the printhead and the pressure can be adjusted by moving the right toggle to the right so that more pressure falls on that side of the printhead.

Hope that helps !

I cannot get my sewing machine stitch the different stitches. I've followed all the instructions in the manual and all I get are straight stitches. I want to get a zig zag. Sometimes it looks like it did...

When you select a pattern does the needle move back and forth? do you make sure the stitch width lever is on straight stitch then select your pattern then select the widest stitch width? if when you select a zig zag stitch the needle does not move from side to side then you need to look in the top at the finger that goes round the cam.

140XiIII left side print right side completely blank

Verify your LCD Display Print Width setting is set wider than your actual label width. The printer will only print to the width of the PRINT WIDTH setting. Also verify any driver or software settings as these override your printer settings.
