SOURCE: Front loader LG Washer
opened the little door at the bottom of the washer in the front and used the little hose to drain the washer into a pail and then removed the filter beside it and cleaned it out then all was fine. life was good!

It is not likely an object got past the filter before the pump, so I'd guess that the impeller has come loose from the pump motor shaft. Replace the pump motor. (washer will not spin if water is still in drum)

Drain hose is kinked or clogged the pump filter needs cleaning .
always turn machine off when working on it . and donot forget there is always water in filter .so put blanked or towels down.
