Sounds like you may need to update your configuration settings. If you are not using an unlocked phone a master reset should do it. If this doesnt work call your carrier they should be able to update your browser settings
did u change the security code as well? if not then all u need to do is press the menu button when the cell ask u for the lock code and it will ask for security code, enter 000000 (6 zeros)... that shud work if u only changed the lock code.
