Question about OKI C5400tn Laser Printer
I am continuoustly having message 070 fatal error b37fddee bded79fb evenafter restart. My printer is OKI 5300. Any one can help?

From OKI error list:
Error 172 - Upper Heater Temp State: High
Heat Roller Thermistor indicates high temp
Turn off printer, let cool down.
If problem still exists seek service

SOURCE: PRINTER NOT WORKING
That is a fuser code. Turn off and take out fuser(the part that gets hot) and inspect it. Put it back in and turn back on. If code is still there replace fuser.

This is a PS Can't Happen Failure and occurs when an error has been detected in the PostScript core.
If an address is displayed on the LCD, note it down for future reference.
Restart the printer and it should be cleared.

Yes it can be saved, it is indicating the fuser thermister is open or below temperature. Try opening the printer and restarting it. If that does not fix it you may have to replace the thermister or the fuser
