Epson EPL N270 reports Service Requried E024

An Epson laser printer I have has come up with the error message Service Required E024 on the screen and will not allow me to print. I spoke to epson who said it was a fuser fault. I bought a new Fuser and followed the instructions to install it. Once it was installed I turned the printer back on but it stil says "Service Require E024"
I've no idea how to get past this screen does anyone know a way around it or whats up with the printer.
I think they may be a code or something to tell the printer theres a new fuser unit been installed but I dont know. Any help would be greatly appreciated

many thanks

SOURCE: Fuser Error 50.1 Fuser is hot. What is a fuser?

50.1

A low fuser temperature error has occurred, possibly due to an inadequate external or internal power supply.

this basicaly means that either the dc controller board is on its way out (expensive) or that there is a drain on the power line.
if you have it plugged into an extension lead try plugging it directly into the wall socket. if this fails also try using a different power lead (very easy to get hold of and are normaly called kettle leads)

Hope this helps

SOURCE: Paper jam at fuser

1. Faulty/blocked fuser exit sensor or faulty/blocked POB sensor. The printer thinks paper is present at one of these sensors when there should not be paper present
Verify that the fuser exit sensor is not stuck
If both sensors are working correctly, the most likely cause is the POB sensor is being blocked by the transfer unit. This can happen if the sensor is out of position, or if the transfer unit's white plastic baffle is out of position. Try bending the POB sensor bracket outward slightly to clear the baffle and retest.

SOURCE: Fuser Error 50.1 Fuser is hot. What is a fuser?

The fuser bonds the ink powders onto the paper. It is usually located behind the cartridge in the paper path. There may be several reasons why this error shows. (Bad fuser or bad power supply). It looks like this:

Epson Pro 7600 Service required error

Service required mean waste ink counter overflow. You need to reset it. SSC Service utility don't work with this type. The resetter is not for free, it's commercial. Only some distributor have it.

Screen says "service required" Printer will only turn on, that's it.

Its Epson design. It means it already reach it maximum reliable printing service. But you can extend its service using Epson resetter. Its a third party software utility program. It will reset its counter to zero count again. Counter resetting is on the printer itself not in the ink cartridge.

I received an error message reading: SERVICE REQ. EROOO3. I can't print any more and need to finish a manuscript today.

The message indicates a controller or print engine error has been detected. It's the internal electronic/logic board failing.

If power cycling or turning it OFF/ON does notclear the error message, service is required as the logic board needsreplacement.

here's a link for certified service center for your product.
