Touch screen on kyocera 5035 isnt working

the copier and print portion work but when i try to scan i cant select anything on the screen or when i try to fax i cant enter any numbers.

do you have the scan and fax options on the machine? Not just the buttons.

Look for a stuck key on the operation panel. Usually is the least used key, a grain of salt will do it!
