Transcend 16GB Pendrive - error while copying

I am having Jetflash v10 model 'Transcend' USB Flash Drive.

While copying files, if the total size of all the files exceeds 3 or 4 GB, while copying, it is giving error that "Error writing h:..... (file name)... "
The disk may be write protected.. Remove write protection and try"..
After that if we try to delete the file copied in the pendrive, it is giving error "error reading file..."

What could be the reason?

If your drive is partitioned with FAT32 then it cannot copy larger files. You have to format it using NTFS.

Try using Long Path Tool for such errors.

Format gb pendrive transcend

Plug it into your computer, open Windows explorer and then right click on the relevant drive, select "Format" and follow the instructions. If it still won't format, you need to remember that flash memory has a finite life. It is all about the number of "Writes" to the memory. and sometimes stuff fails. Bad connection or just a static shock to the chips will kill a flash drive.

HOW TO INCREASE SPEED OF DATA TRANSFERRING.

First of all, press the Caps Lock button, it really helps.
Make sure that your PC's USB port is actually a USB 2.0 (or 3.0). There are no options to increase the speed of a flash drive, it is determined by the microcontroller used in the drive.

I am having Jetflash v10 16 gb model 'Transcend' USB Flash Drive.

Dear Friend,

My Jetflash also writeprotected, there's no any solution for this in internet but I could solve this problem,

what you can do is, make your write protected drive "shared", that means go to my computer---> then rigtclick on flash drive---> click sharing & security---> check both "share this folder on network" & "allow users to change my files" ,apply setting then you'll be able to format your drive.

I could do it,
let others to know about this solution. Because I also suffered from this problem.

My Transcend JetFlash V10 16GB USB

Look for a "write-protect" key that is made physically on your USB FDD. Mine doesn't have one, but it should in most major new products. Switch it off.

Or, you can do it the soft-way. Right click on your UAB Flash Drive icon, then look for the Read-Only property, disable if it's enabled. or you will find that after right click click on properties

But according to my experiences, it seems that your USB FDD is locked physically
