Dx 4000 - keeps trying to print same document; can't delete it
I sent a pdf document to be printed on my epson DX 4000. It started the rpinting process but won't print. I cannot delete the document from the print jobs and therefore can't print anything else - Help!

Driver could be corrupt. Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came withthe printer. When the software program asks you to connect theprinter to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly. Hope this helps. Bud

I would go to the epson website and download the latest driver for the printer. More comprehensive printing sofware might require the PCL version of the driver. But for regular printing, just download the latest PS driver and see if that helps
Printing photos with Epson drains the cartridges alot faster than printing documents. The dpi settings for photos are much higher to get the photo quality. Blue is a base color that helps to mix to create some of the colors in the photos so this is normal with the Epson brand. Hope this helps.
Thats interesting, check for obstruction inside the printer and try to do a selftest in which it will print a nozzle check pattern, chances are there is a faulty wiring that is why its not accepting commands when copying something. try to turn off printer and unnplug it from power supply then plug it back on a different socket or power outlet, try copying again.
