This is caused by one of three things - either your limit high limit thermostat is gone, your thermostat is sticky, or your element died. Try turning your thermostat up or down a little bit. if your thermostat is stuck, this will usually start it again. Look for any burnt wires as well, because sometimes they will burn off of a contact.
