Hi we have an extened warranty on out Sharp 16661 all in one. We moved office's and now we can get the scanner or fax to work. The photo copier and the printer works

1st u install the drivers n for fax check ur tel line

Remove the printer/scanner driver and reinstall the driver. Be sure to unplug the usb connector while installing. After the installation step ask you to connect the usb or after restart, plug the usb
