Question about Televison & Video
TV will operate fine for hours but then it turns itself off without user interface. I have it set for the on/off "tone" but, when it goes off by itself, the off tone doesn't sound. Also, picture is slow to appear after shut down episode. It still works perfectly in all other respectshe entire "transmission" (including bulb and bulb assembly) was replaced in May 2008.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

I have this same TV and had a similar problem. This may or may not be the same case with yours. The button panel on the front of your TV may be having connection problems. Mine would come on and off by itself. I took the front panel off and cleaned the connection on the button board with a q-tip and a little dab of alcohol. This cleared up the problem of it turning itself on and off.
