If your talking about t-zones then just call them and tell them you cant get it and then they'll send you a txt msg for it and you set it to active on the web access (it worked for me)

First of all you need to make sure tmobile giving you access to internet by charging you a fee every month to use thier webserver. I have tmobile and to access the web i had to pay $19.99 a month extra and that's for everything email, web, etc...
