Janome Memory Craft 7700qcp looking to buy more bobbins. Is their any difference between bobbin item# 200-122-005 and item# 200-122-647?

You need to check the specifications to see if your machine model is listed for the particular bobbins. If not, then don't buy them.

FWIW, it appears your machine takes Class 15 plastic bobbins, which should be easy to find at the local Janome shop, fabric store...or order online:

The bobbin spool will not click to the right to fill bobbin. It moves but not all the way. I have a Euro Pro Model # 1260DX

You can always check out a standalone bobbin winder to wind your bobbins--available at most local fabric stores or online, ie Amazon... It costs around $30 and is electric or battery operated. Makes it easy to wind bobbins without unthreading the sewing machine. Also saves wear and tear on your machine. Just make sure that your machine bobbins will work on the unit--some bobbins (possibly Singer) will not fit.

I have a Mega Quilter and would like to stop the needle from working up and down when I wind my bobbins. Do I do this in the menu of the read out?

Most machines with a bobbin winder on them have a round knob inside of the machines flywheel. That's the wheel that turns when you sew.
TURN the inside knob forward or reverse to lock or unlock the main gears from turning the needle bar in the sewing motion.

Easy

IF THE COTTON GATHERS AT THE BOBBIN SIDE OF FABRIC WHEN SEWING WHAT ARE THE POSSIABLE REASONS

This a tension problem, the upper thread is too tight, lower the number on the tension gauge until the stitches look the same top and bottom.

Needle hits bobbin case

If the needle hits the bobbin case the are only 2 things that could be wrong. Lets hope its the easy one, there are more than one length of needles, if the needle is to long or it is not all the way up in the neelde bar, the needle will hit the inside of the bobbin case. Now if that is not the problem then the machine is out of time. ALWAYS check the easy stuff FIRST.

I have a 12 sticher Kenmore maching that won't lay down the stiches? Everything is threaded but the thread won't go into the fabric

Check the needle, make sure it is not in backwards. Groove in the needle to the front. If you are sewing on a knit you may need a ball point needle/needle for knits.

Sewing Machine: loose stitch that's easy to pull out.

Check that the upper and lower threading are correct. Check that the thread has tension from the bobbin case.
