Question about NorStar T7316E Corded Phone
We are having problems changing the main greeting for our office line. All our direct lines are easy enough to change. But the main office line, when it gets to the answer phone bit, lists employees that no longer work here!!!!!! Please help, i'm at my wits end!! many many thanks!
Unfortunately, Office systems are all controlled by a central system that requires an administrator to make changes such as recording the system answer menu, creating menu systems, etc. This is usually done by the I.T. department or private contractor. Sounds like maybe you have a gap in personnel. If that's the case, you'll need to call Nortel for support. Thanks for using Fixya!
