    It can have large number of reasons. Check your computer's cooling fan,
    If it is giving any error before restarting, re-installing will fix the
    problem.

Try pulling ram modules out and reseating them. this is most frequent cause beside overheating, but then if it's overheated it would shut down , not restart.

How do i unlock my computer and fix computer curser?


to unlock the computer. 1) press CTRL + ALT + Delete buttons altogether 2) you will get the screen to choose login id and then type in the password. 3) you should be able to login.
if nothing helps please restart the computer but make sure restarting the computer may cause you to loose any unsaved data.

try this please.

Unplug the LAN Cable (usually a yellow or a Blue cord) at the back of your computer. then try to turn it on. if it turns on. connect the LAN Cable again. thanks

Computer begins to start up and then turns off after windows xp is displayed. Reformatted drive installed windows 2000, same thing happens

How do I restart a Dell Dimension 4600 PC Desktop


Hello gabeymybabey,

If the computer is using Windows XP, do the following to restart the system:
•Click the Start button
•Click Turn Off Computer.
•Cick Restart
The computer will restart after the shutdown process finishes.

if its constantly restarting/ you have a reboot trojan/ virus you need to run microsoft onecare scan competely to remove it

I have the same problem with my Compaq. Its frozen on the logo


hi there..
turn of your computer..
unplug all the cables...
press and hold down the power key which is on your cpu for atleast 5 - 10 secs..
after that ..please connect the power cable.. mouse.. key board. monitor and your internet cable..
and then restart your computer..
when you restart your computer keep tapping the f1 key (i hope this is for bios)..
restore to default over there.. press enter to save.. once done this would automatically reboot..
this should fix this problem...

1)) Start - -> Run -- type services.msc...press OK
look 4 Print Spooler .....Restart the service

2))Restart the computer while the cable is unplugged....
Replug when the computer comes back

just try to boot in safe mode,if the problem is not solved then try to boot in last good configuration, if the problem persist then you have to repair or reload the os
