It seems that you've incorrectly entered the pass code too many times. The screen should tell you how long you have to wait to try again. If you don't recall your passcode then connect your phone to your computer, start iTunes, and choose "restore".

Incognito mode (browse in private)
For times when you want to browse in stealth mode, Google Chrome
offers the incognito browsing mode. Here's how the incognito mode works:
Webpages that you open and files downloaded while you are incognito aren't recorded in your browsing and download histories.
All new cookies are deleted after you close all incognito windows that you've opened.

Good day. I'd like to know if your battery is in good performance. Because browsing using with your phone consumed more battery power. Make sure your battery is fully charged, then observe if your phone is still shutting off automatically, while your battery is in full charged status. Meaning your battery is already over used or worned out. Well my advice is you need a replacement for your battery, as you've said your browsing for more than 10 minutes. To add check your internet settings of your phone if you used the internal memory for saving internet sites that you've visited or browsing history. Used the extra memory attach to your phone or the memory card, for some reason if you do not erase any history site left on your phone this may cause for heavy files and end up phone freeze or shutting off if your phone cant handle it. Thanks

Browse into "my computer" and there you'll find 2 removable drives, one
would be your memory and the other phone. Hence I suggest you check the
destination where you are dumping.
Have you requested your provider to enable your phone? It may not come as standard. Ring the provider eg: orange or O2 or 3G and ask them whether your phone is enabled they can tell you there and then. Make sure you know your number as if you ring from your mobile it won't cost you. Good luck
