Hi, Turn on the PC while pressing F2 the bios screen will display press alt-p to go to next page boot order. CD/DVD/CR-RW Drive next is diskette drive and Internal HDD. Press space bar to change the value or the or boot order. Hope this info. will help you solve the booting problem.

I would recommend connecting an external keyboard to the laptop and seeing if you can access the BIOS pages. It seems the keys are preventing you from doing so. The keyboard could be damaged.
The CMOS battery is on the motherboard of the laptop. If you can access it w/o damaging anything, you could reset the CMOS settings (clearing CMOS) and the password will no longer be valid. Hope this helps.
