Question about Lands Phones
The problem is probably with the actual keys and not the battery. If the battery was the problem then it would effect the whole phone not just four buttons. Try opening it up and cleaning the buttons with an old brush and leaving it for a while. If that doesnt work then your nest course of action is to take it in to your local shop who will definitly be able to fix it.

THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT!!!!! EASY VERSION
Press the Menu button followed by the # key on the handheld unit.
Step 2Enter 217 on the numeric keypad to access the blocked numbers menu.
Step 3Press the down arrow on the keypad. Scroll through the list to select the number you wish to unblock.
Step 4Press the key under Erase to remove the phone number from the list.
Step 5Select Yes to confirm your selection.
