Printer is giving the error that the printer in queue,but their is no printout

Your spooler has been exhausted. Try to install a fresh copy or re-installing printer will fix it

You can use the following commands:

1) Open command prompt(Press windows key + R)
2) net stop spooler
3) net start spooler

Restart your device once.

49.000ff error


49.xxxxxx errors can be caused by various things. 1st thing to do is clear the print queue. A corrupt print job in the queue will give you the error. Disconnect the network cable and power cycle the printer.
Could be a firmware problem. Upgrade the firmware. Could be bad memory. Might be bad formatter board.
Try powering off the printer and rebooting the computer. Power up the printer, if no 49 error, you should be good to go.

you better go to printer and faxes,right click on canon printer and select USE PRINTER ONLINE AND

once again right click open the printer and cancel the prints jobs which was already in queue.

then put Refresh button and get the printout smoothly.

Printer will not stop printing-just replaced cartridges


hello, it seems that you many pending printouts or they are in queue, double click the printer icon on the task bar, and then select the file in queue and CANCEL... turn off your printer for about a minute and turn it on, just repeat the process.....

I am trying to print from my netbook using an hp printer. i am getting an error message saying that the print queue is full.


Yes, printer won't print if print queue is full. The fact is you are lucky your printer is giving you this message. Most printers, when queue is full, will just remain silent and leave you wandering what in the world has gone wrong.

Solution is to clear the print queue. See, when you send to print and you send another when the previous hasn't printed, they queue up. Now if for any reason the first fails to print, all others will just remain queued up but will not print until you clear the print jobs queued up.

To do, this go to start/control panel/printers. Right click on printer icon and select open. The respective print queue box appears. It should have all of the print jobs listed there in the box. On the menu bar click on printer and select "Cancel all documents." A box appears asking you to confirm if you want to cancel, answer yes. Then try to print again. If it still fails to print restart your PC and try to print again.

I'm having trouble making printouts, from the computer. I keep receiving "delete-error-offline" messages, in the big "print" box. I have no idea why it's doing this or what to do about it. All I want to do...


Printer (and print queue) is in the middle of being delted but cannot be done until the printer is set back online.
Start > Settings > Control Panel > Right-Click Printer > Use Printer ONLINE > Restart computer and try to remove printer again

Document goes to the print queue, then errors


To start with You check the data cable is properly connected to your printer than you open the printer dialogue box and remove the documents pending in the queue and retstart the computer and before giving the print command select the printer that you are going to use(if more printers are connected to the computer).if all this does not work i suggest you to reinstall the printer after uninstalling it

Prin queue problem


disconnect printer from computer
cancel documents in queue
if using a straight USB connection, delete all instances of printer. else remove duplicate printer icons.
reboot & reconnect printer (swap cables if not detected)

This will fix your problem.
