okay check see if brakes is on the mower, not the tractor but the blades of the mower deck if not then take belt off of the new mandrel side and try turning blade by hand. should turn freely if not mandrel is bad but unlikely. sounds like you changed wrong side mandrel I presume you have 2 blades and mandrels. or when you installed it back on. the belt may be bound up between a guide and pulley just kind of look things over before a tear apart. and then do your tear apart one step at a time then check blade to see if it turns does not seem serious you may have put belt on wrong, I have done it my self. hope this helps major note do not do this with engine running cut you hand off in a flash.
Ok the silver metal plate goes on first then the black latch will connect to the hinge, there are two small holes either side of the latch where two spring ends poke through then simply screw it back on, not sure if you can put the blade drive on the wrong way. If your still having trouble give us a call and we can talk you through it www.angliaclipperservices.com
i`m not sure what you mean by it not working properly i assume that you mean it goes back and forth like the passenger side, but it doesn`t clean the window and you put the blade on the arm correctly then the wiper may be damaged and you will have to replace the wiper blade.check and compare the installation of the driver`s side to the passenger side wiper and correct the installation of the blade
Most likely there is some dirt or a label between the blade and the shoulder on the arbor preventing the blade from being perpendicular to the shaft. Or maybe there is a label on the blade causing it to be out of balance. Or maybe the hole in the center of the blade is larger than the arbor, so it does not center itself (it should be a nice slip-fit.)
check both front lockouts,1 side or the other could have broken, unlock 1 side and reach underneath and try turning the axel on the other side-----if it turns all the way around, then replace that lockout,if it doesnt turrn then try unlocking that side and lock in the other side and see if you can turn it,if so then replace that lockout.if not then something might be wrong with the transfercase to the way it engages
Hi, unplug the spark plug wire.turn the mower on its side, in the middle of the blade there is a bolt. Unscrew the bolt on blade to take it off, and to put it back on, put blade on first and bolt it back together.
If this doesn’t work for you, please write back. Thanks

Try smacking the side of the camera relatively hard with the palm of your hand. Eject the tape and reinsert. You may need to do this a couple of times. good luck
