Possible there is a short in the circuit or when it comes to a certain cycle. You can check for moisture within the washer, is so clean it dry after disconnecting, use a dryer to warm off . Also remove and reconnect the harness to the program controller unit.
Finally check the motor capacitor, check for motor jamming, check lines to the drives and element.

SOURCE: Whirlpool duet Model ghw9200lw

The errrors are generally related to one another. The "F02" error is a slow drain problem. The "SUD" gets generated because it senses air in your drain pump (due to a possible blockage). More than likely you have an obstruction in your drain pump and you will need to clean it out. This is probably the reason for the pump sounding strange too. The following link explains how:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r385845-checking_drain_pump_in_whirlpool_duet

Follow the link provided and this should be a an easy process for you. Keep in mind, however, that if there has been something obstructing your drain pump for any significant length of time, you may have damaged to pump. It doesn't take much to cause irrrepairable damage (I know, its a crappy design). If you clean out the drain pump reservoir, and the error(s) reappear, you will have to replace the drain pump.

If you require a replacment pump, you can purchase a new one on line at searspartsdirect.com. Just type in your model number and the pump can be located under the "Pump and Motor Parts" heading as item number 10 (part #8181684). For instructions on how to replace the pump, follow this link:

http://www.fixya.com/support/r401845-replacing_drain_pump_whirlpool_duet

Hopefully, it won't come to the point of replacing the pump, but you have the information if you need to. I hope you find this information helpful. Let me know if you require additional assistance.

SOURCE: dryer keeps tripping breaker. slight burning

The heating element is shorted. This is an electric dryer, right? replace the heating element. Make damn sure it's un-plugged when you work on it!

SOURCE: Whirlpool Calypso top load washing machine. No warning... no power. no breakers tripped! Outlest tested fine with another appliance.

It appears your timer/main controller/CCU has failed in this instance.

For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...

FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.

PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.

If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.

Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.

If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.

Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question

I have a whirlpool jacuzzi tub. I wired to diagram but when tub is full and I turn on jets it trips a breaker. Not GFCI outlet but breaker panel breaker.

Sounds like you may not have a ground on the motor of the pump or a grounded outlet?
check the wiring on the motor on the cord to make sure there are no wires improperly attached inside the motor housing.

It is not powring on,

check the breaker panel to make sure that the breaker didn't trip.
also could be a bad breaker in the panel.
also could be a bad outlet ( under sink ) -- or the outlet could be combined ( in-line ) with a GFCI outlet that may have tripped or is faulty.
use a meter or a outlet tester to make sure that you have 120VAC at the outlet.

Trips breaker

You could have a dirty condenser coil or the fan motor isn't running at the proper speed to slow, weak or bad breaker, breaker to small causing to much voltage drop, loose plug in connection at wall outlet.

The hottub keeps kicking the circuit breaker off.

Either the breaker is bad or you have an electrical problem. Unless you know how to work with electrical problems call for service. If you unplug the hot tub and plug a lamp or hair dryer into the outlet does the breaker trip? If yes, call an electrician. If the outlet is fine call for service on the hot tub.

Fridge keeps tripping the circuit breaker

Unless there is a dedicated circuit of 20 amps to the refrigerator this will continue to happen When your refrigerator goes into defrost and other things like lights fans air conditioners are on the same circuit it will have no choice to not trip the breaker. Try this turn the breaker off and how may thing in your house stop working? You need a 20 AMP circuit or this will possibly damage the compressor or weaken the breaker because it has tripped so many time. Thanks, Please rate my solution, I have done this work for 30 years. Thanks, Sea Breeze

Have a company come out to service it if it is under warranty. First make sure that it is not a weak breaker, plug it into an outlet on another circuit.

Frig trips circuit breaker

Hello gonzomg69,
The two other comments posed at you from Blue Dog and 20YRSEXP are good ones and necessary to get to the root cause of the problem however I have a few ideas to share with you that may help.. First off, I am assuming that the circuit breaker you mention is the one that protects the outlet that feeds your fridge power. If thats correct, and you just started to have breaker trips, the obvious question is ..does that circuit breaker also supply power to other receptacles and do those have any additional appliances or 'loads' on them that are drawing current? The circuit breaker current rating is based on the wire size so that regardless of what you plug into a receptacle, that breaker limits current so you won't melt the insulation or have a fire. Also, you should be aware that circuit breakers do go bad and that may be your problem too..
I hope this information helps you...
Regards,
Rick

Whirlpool electric dryer keeps tripping main circuit breaker

First off, be sure the pigtail is wired correctly to the back of the unit. Black and red to the outside terminals, white to the middle, green to the frame or cabinet (should be a green screw close-by). If that is ok, you probably have an issue with possibly a bad pigtail, bad outlet, wiring issue, or possibly a bad circuit breaker or breaker box. Probably going to be more of a electrical problem than a appliance problem. Good Luck!!!!
