Drivers can be found here:
http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/Product/inspiron-15-3521
You probably need the Network & Chipset drivers, but make sure you get the right ones for your model.

No sound on computer, no sound drivers??

You can find sound drivers to download and install on the manufacturer's website, or with Google if you can't find them on the manufacturer's website. For example, if I were looking for a sound driver for my Dell Inspiron 1420, I would go to Dell.com and find my laptop. Under the information page about it, they should have a link to all of the drivers available for the laptop.

I formatted my hp dc7700 and now i cancot run my internet from lan and at the same time cant play any sound

What I could understand from your question is that your Driver softwares are not installed in your system.
Go to this site and click on 'Download drivers and software'
http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/DriverDownload.jsp?prodNameId=3232101&lang=en&cc=us&prodTypeId=12454&prodSeriesId=3232028&taskId=135
You will now get an option 'Select Operating System'. Click on the OS that you have installed in dc7700
Now download the following drivers Driver - Audio Driver - Chipset Driver - Graphics Driver - Modem Driver - Network
and install the same on your dc 7700. Now you will be able to play sound and also browse internet after you configure the LAN (TCP/IP) properties.

I have istalled window XP and i had window vista...but after installation of new one my laptop inspiron 1525 sound system is not working..m trying to install sound driver but thats not properly...

You are download grading your Operating System to XP from Vista. Drivers for Vista and XP are diferent.

You can download the Audio drivers for XP from Dell Support Site for your laptop.
Check your "Device Manager" and uninstall the previous drivers and reinstall the XP Audio drivers downloaded from Dell Site.

Hope it helps.

Sound driver

You must have got a CD along with the computer. It must have all the drivers for your motherboard. These days sound, video and networking HW is embedded in the motherboard and hence you have to search the internet for these things according to the model of the motherboard. Follow the link below to know how.

Purchased my dell latitude d630 work laptop. IT removed allfiles and software so its like a brand new laptop. However I now have a code 28 and the screen text is a little fuzzy. Looks like something to do...

Did you try installing the latest graphics drivers for your laptop? The default windows driver is just the basic driver and its recommended that you update the driver and see if it resolves the issue. Click on the link below select the OS and download the driver.

I am looking fro lan card driver and sound card

Here is the link that goes through support.dell.com and should take you directly to the Dell Inspiron 510m drivers and downloads page:
http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/driverslist.aspx?c=us&l=en&s=gen&ServiceTag=&SystemID=INS_PNT_PM_510M&os=WW1&osl=en&catid=&impid=

If for some reason this link does not work you can do the following:
1. Goto support.dell.com
2. Select drivers and downloads from the middle of the screen
3. From this point you can either select to enter your service tag number (should be on your pc) or you can do like I did and select Laptop, then Inspiron, then scroll down to 510m (you will actually have to scroll down to the 5000s because it is not listed from smallest to largest)
4. Once you have selected the 510m model it will bring you to the same page as I have linked above.
---
Finding your drivers -

I only saw one file listed under Audio so you could start there. Just expand the selection titled audio and it will give you options to download the file and install it just like any other installation.

Sound drivers usually require a reboot so anticipate this.

For the network driver I think I only saw one actual Lan card driver listed and it was towards the bottom under the selection titled Network.
It was the 10th one down and it is titled Intel Driver - (R) PRO/100 VE Network Connection.

Download and install that and hopefully that gets you going.

Good Luck,

Taco~
