My desktop is really slow

This could be due to many things--much more that a simple answer here can give you. I'll list some of them:
1) malware on the system
2) insufficient memory
3) hard drive too full
4) hard drive not having been defragmented
5) programs running in the background that are not releasing memroy when done running

My capacity genx 2gb usb chenge to 14 mb.when i connect flash disk i show cd drive added in my computer and capacity my flash disk cheng of 2 gb to 14 mb.plz email

This typically means the drive has gone bad. Try reformatting the USB drive. Some manufacturers also provide diagnostic/formatting tools on their website that might be able to fix it. But likely it will need replaced. Lucky 2GB USB drives now only run $7.99 or less.

I have scandisk 16GB Flash memory drive, its stopped working and every time I plug it in is asking to do want to fromat?

The usual solution to these problems is installing the firmware for the device and default settings will be restored. Some manufacturers don't supply firmware or it's hard to come by.

Go to the website for the maker of your flash, look through their downloads for firmware updates, you might not find information there and if thats the case use google.

I just purchased a 16gb flash drive. As soon as I plugged it into my MAC, a message appeared stating that the drive uses too much power and it will be disabled. Now it is not showing up on either MAC. ...

Maybe the flash drive need more power to bush the connectivity. please try to consult the vendor on this regard and also the compatibility issue to the system.
